Salem Church is a free church congregation whose ministry and activities are largely made possible through voluntary giving.
These gifts make up the majority of the church’s annual income and are essential for enabling the church to carry out its work and vision in the way we do.
For this reason, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who supports the church financially.
There are several ways to give.

Regular Giving
Many people have chosen to set up a fixed monthly amount through their online banking for regular
contributions to the church.
Offering
During our services and meetings, an offering is collected to support the church’s work.
You may give in cash or by card (the church has a card terminal available).
Salem Church is also part of the Grasrotandelen scheme through Norsk Tipping.

Tax Deduction
- For married couples, the deductible amount may total up to NOK 50,000 combined.
- The scheme also applies to companies with an organization number.
- The church requires your authorization to register the donation and submit the information to the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) at the end of the year.
